He specializes in optimizing complex operations, driving efficiency, and aligning day-to-day execution with business goals across East Africa and Japan. As Operations Director for HFN International in Japan, Frank led ground operations for a multi-million-dollar enterprise involved in trading heavy equipment, vehicles, and commodities, while also managing international projects and waste solutions between Japan and the East African Community (EAC). In Kenya, he co-authored a municipal waste supply chain proposal for Mombasa County, including the design of a scalable waste-to-energy model. Frank brings strong leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, applying Lean, Active Supervision, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. His fluency in English, Japanese, and Swahili enables him to bridge cross-cultural teams and foster stakeholder alignment.
